Program Evaluations
Ongoing critiques of this program will emminate from multiple sources. Sources
of evaluation will be based on both internal and external review. Internal
reviews will come from online questionaires which will request specific
information from the seniors participating in the CLC programs, senior
trainers, the online service coordinator, and any other volunteers who are
working with the seniors. To evaluate the K-12 connectivity, both teachers
and students who participate will receive either written questions, or network
form questions.
For external review, we will request several of the consortial members of MECCA
to provide feedback regarding their view of the program. HUD personnel will
provide feedback via a separate secure page designed for this purpose. There
will also be a guest book fill-out form page which can be used by the
cyberspace community at-large to provide us with valuable feedback.
From the information provided by both sets of reviews, we will fine tune the
program to better meet the needs of participating seniors and the community.
