Charter members include the Chancellor, Chancellor’s Cabinet, President of the Faculty Senate, President of the Student Government Association, Chief Information Officer, Director of Human Resources, a Non-exempt Employee Representative, and an Exempt Employee Representative.  Ex officio invitees will participate on a topical basis.

Goals

The goals of the Chancellor’s Advisory Cabinet are to:

• Achieve transparent group decisions on topics germane to UTHSC
• Share information and mitigate risk about decisions
• Develop health system wide dissemination plans
• Share process improvement plans
• Offer updates and share risk identification and mitigation plans for critical path objectives
• Facilitate identification of opportunities
